Job Description

Head 5 to 6 states / territories (AP & Telangana & Kerala & Karnataka & Tamil Nadu etc) of business at MBO (multi brand outlet)
Monitor sales force of about 30 to 40 and achieve the business targets on quarterly / monthly / daily basis
Liaison with channel / trade partners (distributors) periodically and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured.
Visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
Monitor SCM periodically and ensure company as well as distributor objectives are met upon.
Monthly 4 days planning and 20 days field work is mandatory for this profile with online reporting

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 10 to 15 years
Candidate should be young and dynamic with sales & marketing experience
Candidate should have strong at verbal and written email communication and willing to travel
Candidate should be good team player & commitment towards job
Candidate should have the vast geographical knowledge of respective states / territories
Preference would be given to candidate who is handling enormous dealers, around 35 sales executives & around 30 distributors
