Job Description
Overall responsible for planning, cost control and IE for smooth functioning of the Unit, keeping a track of revenues and profitability percentage.Line-plan finalization for all production units across the regionLeading and ensuring proper feeding for the planned line through production department.Ensuring that OBs are made for costing purpose, regular reports like movex stitching, costing report for stitching etc.To ensure coordination amongst various areas of production, technical, quality, etc.Make sure product quality is in accordance with standards laid down by the buyer, with the least cost and optimum efficiency.Ensure implementation of cost reduction/efficiency/ SAM improvement through process changes/improvements.To ensure regular monitoring of performance of all departments under him.To provide performance review and information to the VP in terms on achieving cost reduction targets/planning regular basis by ensuring proper and timely generation of all management information reports.
