Job Description

Obtaining profitable results as per monthly targets by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development, sales coaching and product knowledge development
Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications, involving sales reports, stock reviews and cyclical sales meetings
Ensure smooth stock management operations as per company guidelines, collection growth / change and counter performance, taking ownership of OTIF stock deliveries and returns to / from the counters
Sustain a good rapport with key accounts customers and business partners by making regular visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities, thus helping to grow the business
Act as intermediary between the supervisors / executives of western region, senior management and key accounts
Ensure smooth execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns within the region, coordinating with both the marketing team and the sales team members for maximum success
Streamline processes and systems wherever possible, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
Leading the internal training program for new joinees and existing staff as per schedule and need
Drive and develop the manpower planning, route plans and related team structure based on evaluation of team needs and capabilities as well as market requirements and changes to ensure deliverables are as per expectation
