Job Description

Daily follow-up for final packing for finish fabric mending issues.
To arrange manpower for finish fabric, if required.
Improve mending at greige stage on the basis of finished fabric.
Allocation of fabric to menders as per their capabilities and dispatch requirement.
Maintain record of mending & checking.
Updating of record of mended and un-mended fabric in stock with its location.
Responsible for stock reconciliation both physical and SAP.
To coordinate with PPC team for dispatch planning and plan mending accordingly to schedule the fabric on time.
After completion of inspection process, confirm the availability of complete fabric and then dispatch the fabric to other plant with proper documentation.
To prepare mending cost every month and submit the interpretation to HOD for mending cost reduction.
To schedule shift and allocate manpower accordingly.
Maintaining the performance for individual mender with his / her production capacities and qualities.
To follow standard work and safety instruction at workplace.
