Job Description

Maintain the productivity levels in sewing.
Technically sound to set up & start a new style in the shortest possible time.
Maintain monthly Cost/SAM
Maintain MMR within unit/plant
On-time shipment, rescreening of shipment by style
Cost effectiveness of plant/Unit
Profitability and capacity enhancement
Maintenance (of defects)
Handle Labour issues
Security & administration of unit
Control surplus and wastages
Shipping quality merchandise and avoid claims
To make and submit MIS.
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
