Job Description
Establish contacts with Brands, Retail and buying houses and set excellent standards of serviceability for the entire textile value Chain in markets of South India.Execute the strategic initiatives as directed by senior team for business development. Generate Volumes for Birla Cellulose through Brands and Retail.Developing new contacts and further strengthening the contacts that already exist.Executing sales for generating incremental volumes over a large existent base by working with pre-selected group of Partners.Interacting and understanding the different stages up the value chain other than our existing line of business, as it supports international Brands, exports & buying houses and Wholesale trade in Southern India , the drivers and trend setters for the textile business.To increase market share, applications which adds value in apparel, Home Textiles and technical textiles need to be introduced to international Brands, exports & buying houses, wherein BC products are the key ingredient, in the South Indian region.This shall facilitate to increase the overall share of viscose in the fibre basket of the region.Awareness level of competing fibres, mainly cotton and polyester is much higher with consumers thus it becomes imperative for BC to engage with Brands and market leaders in retail to create more awareness for BC products and deliver value.
