Job Description

Create and own weekly and monthly reports & dashboards
Updating all the metrics & publishing them as per scheduled as well as on an ad-hoc basis
Define actions and initiatives needed to address root causes
Create business case (cost vs benefit) for actions and initiatives
Design data driven initiatives to drive sales,enhance executions, and increase productivity
Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action
Derive actionable for the sales and operations team based on data analysis
Identify opportunities for improving business processes, assists in the preparation of documents to develop better operational support
