Job Description

To drive Speed initiatives by focusing on Speed to market & build flexible supply chain models to support the business requirements
Provide necessary training and education to the cross functional teams on the end objectives and methodology of various Speed initiatives
Driving Core Replenishment & other key Speed initiatives to develop & scale Speed Supply Chain models like Core Replenishment (CR), Read & React, Test & Chase - that are appropriate for different product types, Establishing systems, building process documentation & reporting tools for implementing new Speed initiatives. i.e. RACI. Project Plan, Calendar, Financial calculation tools
Developing calendar timelines and tools for Core Replenishment (CR) & other supply chain / speed models, Training partner factories on new concepts and bring them on board, up to speed on the new Supply Chain initiatives, identify delivery issues that cause factory delays and / or potential customer delivery delays,

Eligibility Criteria

Expertise in BUSINESS ANALYSIS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT related activities to ensure Right Product at Right Place and Right Time while improving in-stock levels, improved fill rates, reduction in warehouse inventory by optimal levels
Collaboration with various cross functional groups + Help in tracking divisional KPIs - improvements in-stock levels, reduction in inventory, increase in sales & EBIT margin through improved fill rates & reduction in DC inventory, at optimal levels for CR & other speed initiatives .- BWO (Sales & Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Design, Product Development, GSC, Finance, IT, Logistics, Vendor Relations & SIO)
Prefer with work experience in apparel / retail on supply chain side + Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
