Job Description
The Business Development Executive will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities to drive growth in new marketplace (e.g. aramids / protection solutions, optic fibre cable, composites, etc). We are looking for self-driven, aggressive people who are comfortable working on customer-driven new products developments (either in-house or third party partners). Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify sales opportunities Understand and articulate general future trends in target markets (2-5 years forward) to develop and build key capabilities maximizing future volume and margin benefits.Reach out directly for prospective salesPrioritize among sales leads based on monthly sales plan, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal prioritiesNegotiate to close sale and draw in resources from within the company, if required Manage sale requirements including test reports / certifications, system entries, collections etc.Constantly upgrade your business development techniques
