Job Description
Manages the Profit & Loss of the business of the campus to ensure profitable operations and sustainable growth. Develops and implements strategic and operational growth plans for the campus of Pearl Academy. Works with faculty and staff to foster a student-centered learning environment. Works closely with School Heads, Academic Management and Academic Quality & Support teams to ensure maintenance of academic systems, process, quality and standards. Implements adequate measures to meet the Key Result Areas (Financial Performance, Faculty Utilization, TQ- MQ scores, NPS & Employability standards pertaining to faculty and staff of the campus) and to maintain an effective system of budgeting control. Assures effective administration and management of the campus. Designs and implements the product portfolio in consultation with Head Academics, School Heads & Marketing based on market intelligence; and optimal delivery approach (campus-based/hybrid / on-line) and differentiates it from similar product in the market place. Promotes and supports multidisciplinary teams (sales & academic) for the design and roll-out of new programs. Works closely with Marketing team for a comprehensive understanding of the market segments and customers (students), the development of competitive advantage and helping the sales & marketing team develop effective marketing and sales strategy and campaigns. Works with finance team to finalize the budget for the campus and monitor it closely for deviations. Fosters partnerships with the higher education community and professional organizations. Partners with HR team to recruit, retain and develop faculty and staff members. Enables the growth of placement of students with top performing companies.
