Job Description

Preparing forecasts & budgets for new product development, as well as developing plans for the achievement of business goals; devising & implementing promotion plans and concepts to generate business.
Formulating buying & merchandising plan for business development & expansions.
Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for private label development and formulating the SOPs for the same.
Developing brand identities, visual merchandising on-line displays windows for maintenance of a high-end brand image.
Developing and analyzing vendors Pan Indian and monitor the business performance and operational efficiency.
Ensuring optimum inventory levels for achieving cost efficiency for product development and over all business development.
Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competition and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning design/ development / sales and marketing strategies.
Training the team & ensuring adherence to the SOPs; reviewing periodical performance of business and overall business for reporting to top management.

Eligibility Criteria

A qualification in fashion, clothing & textiles or relative discipline would be an advantage.
