Grow sales for the market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets for package dyed yarn and fabric processingManage customer relationships with key customers and ensure that customer needs are studied and the requirements communicated to the relevant functions in the businessResponding to inquiries in marketReview/recommend/suggest pricing depending on the value of the deal and the quantity of purchaseTracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis--vis targets and take corrective actionsEnsuring achievement of targeted MOM growthSales infrastructure improvementIncreasing the number of customers covered by the team and benchmarking the same with other competitors in the areaMonitoring the performance of the channel partners and take corrective actions accordinglyPeriodic reviews & take proactive measures to maintain business continuity in case of foreseen/unforeseen changes in Channel partnersSales strategy:Identify potential customers and orders based on marketing intelligenceReview the size and characteristics of the market, and assess the competitive, economic, social and political forces affecting growth or declineOversee and execute sales & marketing infrastructure and processes to access and study all possible enquiries floated in the marketIdentify and manage a very select group of customers who are high value/ high growth customers for the business across markets, channels and productsAttend to customer complaints (if any) and provide immediate resolutionEffectively manage business relationships with key customers to grow business
