Process control towards targeted product specification.
Decision making over Deviated product and process parameter.
Execution of New product manufacturing.
Lab and Plant trial of new additives.
Execution of third party inspections.
Trouble shooting and calibration of Lab testing equipment.
Raw material / Packing material quality assurance.
Trouble shooting of Process through R & D.
New Process Technology execution through R & D
Customer Complaint analysis cross functional analysis of root cause and action
plan.
Exploration towards cost effective process through R & D
Minimize the process wastage through R & D.
Data management and analysis through R & D.
Minimize the process wastage through R & D
Data management and analysis through System and Sap.
Develop culture of Tpm & Tqm within team.
Development of subordinates through identifying need and imparting of Tpm & Tqm within team.
Development of subordinates through identifying need and imparting
training.
