Job Description

Oversee/conduct the selection of cost-effective security measures to protect health information and/or any confidential information
Act as the responsible official/contact person for receiving and responding to individual complaints
Act as the responsible official to develop policies and procedures related to the subject
Work with management and legal to draft, review, and implement required contracts and to ensure, as required, compliance with contract provisions, including the receipt of reports of noncompliance and taking appropriate action in the event of a breach
Ability to apply management and leadership skills to attain and maintain compliance in a cost-effective manner
overall Compliance - Statutory and Buyer Compliance i.e. Technical, Social, Industrial Safety and Health, Environmental etc
