Sales AnalysisEnsure that Daily sales analysis should be done, its helps to achieved goal.Ensuring target revenues are met or exceeded and striving for smooth daily operations.OperationEnsuring all activities during store opening and store closing.Setting Plano gram as per the instruction. Co-ordinating with Category Management team to ensure proper running of the schemes.Inventory ManagementEnsures that optimum stock levels are maintained by all the departments through an efficient ordering system.Ensures that daily global count should be taken care to maintained good inventory.Customer Handling To adhere to the stores policies.MarketingCreate/maintain a brand image of brandSpace ManagementAnalyse space allocation category-wise and subcategory-wise with respect to the Sales generated, stock capacity and seasons.Customer ServiceResolving customer complaints.Interacting with customers & obtaining their feedback.Visual MerchandisingMaintains the look of the store in consultation with the Visual Merchandiser.
