We have an opening for Deputy Manager - Admin (Executive Assistant)-Only Female for Bangalore Location. (Bellandur). Job Profile: Assist the Director with daily administrative duties and handle broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of buyer visit, guest arrangments, appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries & agendas and compiling documents for meetings.Communicate with the marketing/general staff on Director's behalf. Coordinate meetings and strategic activities.Communicate with the senior level management directly and on behalf of the Director.Draft MOM, reports, proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication.Collect invoice from vendors, check and ensure timely submission to Finance department.Download the input credit invoice for all flight tickets booked and submit to Finance Dept
