Job Description

Responsible for handling HR related all activities and full HR cycle from recruitment to exit formalities.
Talent acquisition executive level and workers level.
Job description implementation.
Development of HR polices and implementation.
Performance appraisal system
Employee training and development.
Salary fixation of worker and executive level.
Employee engagement activities.
Salary and payroll administration.
HR budgeting and MIS.
Exit interview formalities.
Statutory compliance under various labour laws ( Factories Act, PF, ESI etc).

Eligibility Criteria
