Job Description
Time & action wise knitting, dyeing, finishing, planning according to confirmed order quantity.Prepare monthly production plan to collect data from merchandising team by managing capacity of the organization.Consult about the upcoming work load with Head-Productions and assist them to take appropriate action.Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production. Build effective communication with the departments of merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan. Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost. Analyze total capacity and total work to be done in standard minute value and carry out scheduling of the resources. Submit monthly overtime budget to management for obtaining necessary approval. Coordinate inventory and cost control programs. Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers' deadlines. Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
