Job Description
The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic, creative, and can overcome hurdles in order to plan and execute events end-to-end. The candidate has produced events in the past, navigated negotiations, managed event budgets, and is excited about generating buzz and revitalizing one of India's most iconic fashion brands. Must be willing to travel. identity fashion industry events and exhibitions to represent Nalli Build event calendar (own exhibitions + external events) in consultation with CMO and/or MDManage all event operations (venue sourcing, review and selection, event materials etc.) and plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.Coordinate with all stakeholders, from vendors to store managers, to run event smoothlyWork closely with store managers to procure the best products for fashion eventsLead promotional activities for event; Oversee all aspects of branding and promo activity to ensure marketing communication is on point Managing outreach channels (social media, mailing list, etc.) to generate buzz for Nalli eventsSet budgets, track and monitor cost, while maintaining minimum threshold for quality Analyze the events success and codify learning & feedback for future events.
