Managing - Complete Dyeing, Printing & Finishing operations - consisting processes: Fabric Dyeing, Fabric Printing and Fabric Processing etc.Planning, direct and coordinate daily operational activities of the Textile Mills (Dyeing, Printing and Finishing)Checking and Controlling Inventories of Dyes and Chemicals.Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Process and minimizing the rejections.Quality supervision at various levels of productionGenerate Dyeing and Processing Forecasting.Take necessary steps to reduce the production costing and increase the daily production volumeEnsure effective coordination between the Marketing and Production TeamAdministration Controls over Laboratory and Production Floors of the factoryManaging Dyeing PPC and Productions and also Managing and Controlling complete Dyeing & Finishing Operations/ Staff and Administration at various production levelsMonitor and follow up day to day production and administrative activities of the entire Textile Mills.Daily/weekly report to Managing Director.Clear knowledge on finished fabric process defect & excellent problem solving ability.Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates Must have the ability in team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system.On the Spot decision making ability.Be able to cope up with pressure, flexible and adaptable.Strong technical knowledge in Planning system.
