Job Description

Principal Accountabilities
All Import related document preparations such as LC opening, amendments to bank and accounting of charges
All import payments arrangements on due date
Import creditors accounting such as revaluation Gain/Loss accounting, Payment schedule, Forex transactions Gain/(loss) accounting, Treasury Cash Flow reporting
All purchased order based invoice payments including all conversion bills financing arrangement.
GTSI third party purchased power payments and accounting.
Opening of LC for Reliance purchase and arrange of payments on due dates
Accounting of Export collections and clearing
Follow up with Group customers for payment and submission of Sch J
Liaison with treasury team for funds.
Bank reconciliation
Follow up with DXC team for bank entry and invoice entry posting.
Preparation of Monthly cash flow statement.
knowledge, Skills and Key Behaviors Required
Conceptual and SAP Knowledge
Ethical and analytical Skills
Excel trained.
Knowledge in Imports documentation.
CA inter with one year experience
