Job Description

You will act as a HR business partner in providing hands on support in the areas of employee relations, training and achieving KPIs in LTO. You are responsible for adherence of labor and social compliance standards to build productive & satisfied workforce. It is essential that you ensure Industrial Harmony and Employee Morale, in the allocated manufacturing unit. You are required handle employee grievances on a daily basis while maintaining employee satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria

You should hold a Degree or Diploma in HR/Psychology/Social Science and a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure/experience in administration/social compliance standards would be advantageous. You should possess counseling and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under stress and pressure. You will also display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities. You should be excellent in communication (English/Sinhala) & Negotiation skills. Fluency in Tamil will be a added advantage. You also should posses report writing and presentation skills and should be IT literate and have a sound knowledge in Labor Laws.
