Job Description
You will be acting as a business partner in implementation of HR policies and systems in alignment with the Group HR Practices with respect to the Staff & Associates of the organisation. You will be responsible in aligning plant HR systems, practices and policies to the organization’s HR strategy. Areas of focus would be recruitment and maintenance of the budgeted cadre, Managing the Talent pipeline, Pay & Grading systems, Social Compliance and Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Communication policies, Motivational activities, Psychological and Grievance handling policies and Handling Disciplinary procedures, 6S & security functions. Whilst sustaining key performance indicators on employee productivity, you will be required to partner with the business to achieve its operational objectives and contribute to achieve its future business strategies. You will work very closely with multi-disciplinary internal teams and will maintain cordial relationships with the same, to ensure successful implementation of HR activities.
