Job Description

An individual with in-depth technical knowledge of all the functional areas of a spinning unit (technical, engineering, human resource, stores, excise, etc) and with practical experience of managing a unit as an executive.
The candidate will be solely responsible for all operational activities as well as short to medium term planning of infrastructure – physical & human.
Past performance will be used to gauge the capability of the candidate & references will help the company make an informed decision.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate with 25 - 30 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in synthetic spinning having worked in various functional areas in the spinning industry so as to have gained a first hand understanding of ground realities.
Experience in several companies reflects diversity & a fuller learning experience as compared to experience in a limited number of units.
Strong administrative skills are required in order to manage staff as well as laborers.
Liaising with local & state government bodies may arise & appropriate communication skills are necessary.
