Customer Services & EngagementWelcome customer by greeting them;offering them assistance.Directs customer by escorting them to racks, suggesting items.Advise customer by providing information on products.Help customer make selection by building customer confidence; offering suggesting and opinions.Reporting & Record Keeping Documents sales by creating or updating customer records.Sending daily sales report to AASE/CSM/SM/ASM.Sending stock requisition report & stock on hand.Marketing & PromotionKeeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.Effectively implementing all marketing & promotional activities of the brand.Stock KeepingTimely replenishment of stock would be primary responsibility.VM UP Keeping and MaintenanceUpkeep of visual merchandising as per brand guideline & brand manual.Ensuring visibility of brand across the store on mannequins & other hot spots.
