Creating the marketing plan, making Strategy, target audience, budget and successful delivery of the plan.Market research and competitor analysis.Preparing presentation, gathering information related to our products.Monitoring the price system for similar products through distributor feedback or online investigation.Promotion activities:Online Social Media Marketing via LinkedIn, Facebook, whatsapp & Twitter.Email marketing, mass mailing.Send out brochures & marketing material to target the patient population and potential clients.Events planning, organization and execution.Exhibition participation related workLiaison with media and publishers as required.Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts etc.Generating leads & opportunities through cold calling, website inquiries, etc.Maintaining tracker sheet for leads generation & closures.Supporting and helping sales representative for their requirements for marketing support.Appointment Generation / Scheduling Meetings for sales representative on a daily basis.Prepare Monthly / Yearly Sales dataPreparing quotation, Proforma invoices, project reports, Tenders.Promptly attending to customer request queries and provide appropriate solutions.
