Position: Deputy Manager- Finance (FP & A) Company: Himatsingka Seide LtdWork Location: Corporate Office, BangaloreQualification: MBA -FinanceYears of Experience : 2+ yearsJob Responsibilities:Annual Budgeting & Quarterly Forecasting for all the divisions of the group, ensuring effective budget controlsAnalysis of Financial Performance viz., divisional, customer, product-wise contribution analysis, expenditure analysis at department / function level etc., Drawing financial business insights from data through complex, analysis and visualization.Design, develop and prepare Dashboards and Metrics for leadership on regular basisMaintaining and analyzing PnL, cash Flow statement, highlighting core issues and risks Working in CFOs core Business Finance team, solely responsible for Revenue assurance and capturing leakages Actively involve in automation & software implementations in Finance functionKey Knowledge & Skills RequiredExperience in FP&A function / Business Finance functionExperience in multiple verticals structure consolidating results, from manufacturing setupUnderstanding of the Accounting policies & the impact on the financial performanceExperience in leading teamsExperience in interacting with senior management presenting financial performance statements, adhoc analysis, etc.Comfortable with ambiguity.
