Job Description

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali. (English mandatory)
Should have knowledge of MS- Office, Internet and e-mail handling.
Good Interpersonal skill.
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and Good communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Graduation degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 would be an added advantage.
