Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleGood communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali. (English mandatory)Should have knowledge of MS- Office, Internet and e-mail handling.Good Interpersonal skill.Hands-on experience with office equipmentProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and Good communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeGraduation degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 would be an added advantage.
