Captain of entire MBO / LFS / EBO business of all 4 regions in IndiaPost shall be 40% desk & 60% on field jobForecasting annual business plan sales format-wise and managing the operations with weekly, monthly and quarterly achievementsMaintain good control on business stake holders Viz.sSix AGM-BD / Marketing team members & with trade partners / franchiseesMaintain good rapport with all present & future prospect distributors / key dealers / franchiseesVisit the 80% contributing 20 % key dealers on quarterly basis without failEnsure every AGM-BD / ASM achieve their target with pro-active actionsStudy competitor activity and report to management with productive ideas for improvement of businessIdentify new products / new marketing formats and constantly upgrade the sales calendar would be prime criteria of this postAtleast 20 days travel to all India for marketing
