Job Description

Captain of entire MBO / LFS / EBO business of all 4 regions in India
Post shall be 40% desk & 60% on field job
Forecasting annual business plan sales format-wise and managing the operations with weekly, monthly and quarterly achievements
Maintain good control on business stake holders Viz.sSix AGM-BD / Marketing team members & with trade partners / franchisees
Maintain good rapport with all present & future prospect distributors / key dealers / franchisees
Visit the 80% contributing 20 % key dealers on quarterly basis without fail
Ensure every AGM-BD / ASM achieve their target with pro-active actions
Study competitor activity and report to management with productive ideas for improvement of business
Identify new products / new marketing formats and constantly upgrade the sales calendar would be prime criteria of this post
Atleast 20 days travel to all India for marketing
