Monthly closing & finalisation of Books of AccountsPreparation, Analysis and Finalisation of quarterly & yearly financials (Ind AS & GAAP)Independently coordinating with Statutory Auditors (one of Big 4s), Tax Auditors, Cost Auditors, Stock Auditor, Concurrent Auditors and Internal Auditors.Presentations for Board Meetings, Bankers Meetings and MD / CFO Review Meetings.Forecasting and Formulating business plans under various scenarios.Preparation and presentations of monthly MIS on Financial & Non-Financial Parameters.Monthly Reporting on Project Profitability, Operations and Critical issues.Adhoc Management Reports/ MIS, Domain Analysis, Project Status and KPIsFormulating business plans & annual budgets based on inputs from various departments under various scenarios, supervising & ensuring adherence to budgetary parameters.Monthly monitoring and review of Actual v/s Budgeted on all financial & non-financial parameters.Conducting variance analysis, evaluating, reporting & recommending corrective actions.Developing Annual Operating Plans.Monitoring Actual with Budgets on monthly basis and controlling costs.
