Should be a dynamic in HR, Admin & Compliance in manufacturing unit.Should have experience & well versed with Statutory, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Welfare and Administration.Proficiency in Manpower management & Recruitment process entailing resume generation, screening and short-listing with appropriate compensation.Merit of providing prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial Employer - Employee relationship.Experience in implementing HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams.Having experience in Overall Administration like Security, Company Vehicle, Dormitory, Canteen& General Admin, etc., Having good Knowledge to deal with Govt. Officials like IF, ESI, EPF, PCP, EB, FIRE, LO, JCL, Police Station, Etc.Capable to handle 5000 employees
