Job Description

Ensuring all factories achieve their monthly financial targets and budgeted performance levels (KPIs).
In addition responsible for centralized operation such as central planning dept, central industrial engineering department, central quality dept.
Negotiating orders with sub contractors and ensure that subcontracting orders are handled effectively.
Reviewing pre and post costing and ensure that orders are executed in planned cost.
The incumbent should ensure that global and regional policies and procedures are effectively implemented within the local environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech or B.E Textile with relevant experience in 12 to 20 years
    Candidate should be a strong manufacturing professional from garment, lab our intense or allied industry background.
    Candidate should be able to increase efficiency and control cost.
    Candidate should have hands on exp knit garments manufacturing, passion to take the entire manufacturing process to the next level, sound technical knowledge and latest manufacturing trends in this environment.
    Candidate should be lean champion. Lean certification would be an advantage.
    Candidate should have exposure towards implementing kaizen process, TQM practices.
    Candidate should be able to lead team of middle management and provide guidance
    Candidate having experience in undergarments / lingerie manufacturing will be preferable & more desirable
