Job Description

Coordinate with purchase, check available stock and prepare material procurement plan
Monitor inventory / stock movement in the stores and ensure that minimum and maximum inventory level of all required input material is maintained.
Do periodic evaluation of the production and procurement plans.
Take necessary action for the plans, if variance or deviation occurs.
Monitor and compare periodically actual yield achieved in production.
Inform all delays in production plan timely to marketing department and reporting manager & plan necessary actions.
Analyze the procurement cycle and suggest improvements in planning.
Maximum Utilization of all machines according to order.
Responsible to prepare cost/benefit analysis for make/ buy decisions.
Develop planning & Control function.
Make plan to minimize & mitigate the risks.
Coordinate and expedite the flow of wok and materials between departments.
Fundamental knowledge of SAP & Excel.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech in Production or Industrial Textile or MBA or PGDM with relevant experience of 10 to 15 years
    Candidate must have good coordination abilities, knowledge of machines.
    Candidate must be able to estimate the cost of production with cost / benefit analysis.
    Candidate must be able to work in shifts as per requirement.
    Candidate must have assertiveness, decision making and risk minimizing.
    Candidate can take up the challenges
    Candidate should have problem solving methodology and should be result orientation
