Job Description
Reporting to president works Developing, establishing and monitoring quality norms of yarns, finished grey knitted fabrics and quality testing & packing materials so as to meet customer requirements. Identifying defects during manufacturing of yarn / fabric and implementing corrective measures for achieving the desired standards with minimum rejections. Ensuring all products delivered to the customers are as per their specifications and of desired quality. Product up gradation, development of value added products. Preparation of productivity and quality norms as per manufacturers recommendations and bench marking with the best in the industry. Work in close coordination with production and marketing for total customer satisfaction. Preparation of various R&D, process control, customer assurance reports. Obtaining required certifications required by marketing / customers for selling the products in national and international markets from time to time.
