Job Description

Take over all merchandising & marketing responsibilities.
To design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep cost in control.
To acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
Proactively search, develop and engage into new customer relationship to expand the market share and able to meet deadline and achieve specified.
Handle multiple orders, people and moving the sections.
Developing long term and short term marketing strategy based on company demands.
Ability to do the marketing for 60 lines woven & knit factory (i.e. 5 million per month).
Leading and managing a team and ensure proper efficiency of all team members.
Capable of coordinating with production team in order to deliver on timely shipment of orders.
Capable of sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories locally and internationally.
Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
Capable of preparing perfect costing sheets and pricing of woven & knit garments.
Leadership capability to build up large merchandising team.
Highly capable for sourcing in BD & Abroad.
Must be fluent in English both in verbal and written.
Sound knowledge in computer literacy.
The candidate must have ability of excellent communication.
Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

  • Masters/ Graduates/ B.Sc. in textile engineering or Apparel Manufacturing or Professional degree in Apparel Merchandising.
