Job Description

Meeting Variable Cost as % to Revenue for Stores & Spares as per Mission.
Cost Effective Sourcing through Vendor Development & Product Development / Price negotiations/Cost reduction initiatives.
Purchase from "A" Grade Vendors & Vendor evaluation (Cost/Quality/Delivery)
Building reliable Supply Chain for 100% OTIF and Zero quality rejections.
Standardization of Products & Vendors Alignment.
Vendor optimization.
Keeping inventory with in norms - No inventory > 30 days.
Adherence to Commercial policies and Company. guidelines.
RFQ to PO conversion with in 1 day.
Communication with suppliers for Quality and delivery issues.
Maintaining 100% OTIF and Zero quality rejections.
No MIN pending for > 2 days of material receipts for Purchase documents/ Quality issues.
Vendor development & Vendor visits.
Product development in coordination with User /Vendor.
Taking cost saving and quality enhancement initiatives.
