Job Description

Ability of Marketing & Merchandising.
Ensure retention & development of Key personnel.
Explore new markets, customers and new product range. Ability to build team with leadership skills.
Knowledge of banking operation for export documentation and procedures.
Heading a team of merchandisers.
Good Communication & presentation skills.
Liaison with factory to ensure that all orders are planned and executed to maintain close communication with customers to ensure that business projections are filled.
Prepared to undertake frequent domestic and International travelling.
Alert to grab new export business opportunities by exploring possibilities of new markets, buyers, buying houses.
