Job Description

Formulate sales and marketing plan to achieve the targeted growth.
Achieve the sales target and to set goals for my team members and keep guiding/motivate them to achieve the same.
Coordination with design and development for new design/product development and with production planning & control to ensure OTIF.
Keep growing the business with the CAGR required per year.
Challenge of creating demand & achieving sales target in growing competitive market, domestic brands with more focus in regional brands where the realization is higher and flow of business is around the year.
Understand the buyer’s requirements, fashion trend and get the customized collections from the design and development team.
Delight existing customers by providing new product, designs, and proactive services.
Develop and introduce new regional brands for increasing the customer base and to achieve the planned accelerated growth
Understand the need of brands in terms of fashion trends/brands and colors.
Present seasonal collection based on feedback presentation (Spring Summer and Autumn Winter) to the brands.
Introduce and generate interest of brands by new blends, designs and colors etc.
Introducing linen for women’s wear segment.
Exploring new regional brands and providing them proactive service
Promotion of various blends that fits in brand product base.
Plan and monitor on inventory and keep it as per P&B
Guide/manage the team for achieving the result.
Identify, plan and improve the team member’s knowledge skill through training and welfare to meet changing requirements.
RSMs for handling domestic / export brands and to make seasonal presentation according to the buyer’s requirement in their assigned regions.
Monitor OTIF and achieving sales and collection targets.
Sales Officer for handling domestic brands by providing proactive services in terms of updation of sampling and bulk status and responsible for payment collection as per monthly targets.
