Job Description

Ensure 100 % Availability of Plant utilities i.e. Steam, Water, Compressed air & Power
To Reduce Conversion cost by Implementing Energy conservation projects for Utility and Plant Machinery Without Hampering quality and performance
To Maintain Asset Health through Scheduled Maintenance / latest Maintenance tools and using statistical tools
To Maintain Operating conditions in plant for effective working of man and machine
To Maintain health of assets by providing civil & workshop support to complete Plant
Timely implementation of Expansion & Improvement projects.
To achieve zero non-compliance
To ensure EHS compliance related to electrical
Right manpower planning & team development
Identifying development areas & training needs
Coordination with Operations team and cross functional team
Analysing efficiency of current assets and propose automation or upgradations
Succession Planning
