Drawing proposal for top management focusing a sound and modern IT policy with development & implementation plan as neededIdentify the IT needs of the company align with the business objectivesDevelop appropriate disaster / contingency plans for all systems & process as safeguards with implementationAnalyze processes/functions of various business units, identify the areas for process re-engineering and suggest appropriate IT solutionsRender consultancy on information systems, information technology and computer network installation and operation to the usersImprove and maintain high levels of services to all users to ensure that IT adds value to the businessEnsure IT related all kind of support along with equipment for implementation of all the projects driven by the companyMaintain constant liaison with the major hardware and software suppliers and various professional bodies to ensure smooth supportMaintain a strong & effective communication & coordination flow with the other functional & process heads within the all business units of the groupLead the team with a strong leadership skill to ensure desired support by dedicated & motivated effort ensuring self-development of the team members.Any other job given by the top management time to time as needed for the business.
