Job Description

Oversee and monitor operation & maintenance of all
machines
Supervise the maintenance facilities to provide daily support
for the operation
To provide mechanical & electrical service and support for
complete finishing house.
Participate as leader in companies key initiatives like
MUSKAAN, SHAAN , 1P1P & TPM by actively involving all
team members.
Arrangement of spare parts to reduce m/c breakdown &
preventive maintenance.
Daily discussion on target & actual (Why-2 analysis).
To co-ordinate machine training to operatives with production
dept. related to TPM , CLRI & other O&M related trainings
To co ordination with utility department for water supply,
compressed air supply, department temp. & humidity &
electrical power supply.
To manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs and
ensure compliance.
To ensure maximum out put from avaialble m/cs.
Achieve IPM rating/score set as target
To ensure the effectiveness of the SOPs
Data analysis and problem solving methodology .
Motivating team for inhouse developments
Working for reducing inventory cost.
To prepare budgets and control spending for all activities and
operation of the section
Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings
& training manuals
