To plan and manage the Qc/Qa activitiesAnalyze the Raw material Quality before use & utilization according to end use(Rawmaterial management)Collect and analyze the data of different machines & Raw material for forecasting ofcontinuous process developmentCollect information of various products through marketing and other resources that can beintroduced in the marketInitiating process improvement form mixing to packingImplementing and maintaining a Quality Risk Management system to ensure that risks areadequately controlled in accordance with current requirementsEnsure the testing’s are being done as per schedule & proper data recordingSubordinate development by conducting training sessions and upgrading the skills ofDepartmentCoordinate with Ppc, production, marketing department for making customer centricproductEnsuring all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantityMaintaining and improving departmental operational performance, to meet therequirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (Sops)and external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost.
