Bench marking cost (Bought out cost as percentage to revenue)Building reliable supply chain (OTIF (On-Time In-Full) - Purchased items)Building competency (Quality Rejection of Input material )Business associate performance (Business Optimization with Vendor)Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).Building strategic logistics service base and long term logistics contract management.Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class materials management group.Daily dispatch execution against plan to ensure 100% dispatch OTIF (On-Time In-Full) of RGF and FG. ( Finished Goods).Develop business associates into partners with long term contracting.Conversion of PR to PR and delivery of material within right cost, right quality, right time, right place.Ensure 100% physical vs SAP stock matching for spares, packing, RM, RGF ad FG. (Finished Goods)Ensure 100% excise and other commercial compliance.Aligning departmental objectives with the Organisational objectives.Increase scrap sale realization.Bench marking costs (freight cost to revenue)Implement effective end to end supply chain management for existing operations and new projects.Ensure Inventory norms as per mission targets.Lead and coach others in maintaining excellence on CGMP, quality control, and safety.
