Job Description

RFQ to PO conversion within 1 day.
Communication with suppliers for Quality and delivery issues.
Maintaining 100% OTIF and Zero quality rejections.
Keeping inventory with in norms No inventory > 30 days, No dead inventory.
No MIN pending for > 2 days of material receipts for Purchase documents
Vendor development & Vendor visits.
Taking cost saving and quality enhancement initiatives.
Adherence to Commercial policies and Company guidelines.
Ensure Clearance of Receipt /Issue /RGP /Rejection on daily basis.
Ensure Loading and Unloading of Vehicles Within TAT Policy Norms
Easy traceability of material & proper stacking
Clearance of Scrap Weekly Basis
Inventory Control and Reconciliation of Stock
Contract Finalization of Waste
Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manual
