Job Description

Must have good experience in Woven Garments & Textile industries.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs. Help to maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
The applicants should have commensurate experience in Office Management, HR & Compliance in the Garments & Textile Industry.
Must have the capability to assist his superior/ Manager.
Ensure Employee Daily Attendance.
Leave, Holiday & OT Management.
Updating Personal files.
Daily inspection schedule preparation.
Understand man power requisition from the concerned department & conduct recruitment process.
Prepare offer letter or appointment letter with brief working agreement and policies.
All other HR related activities assigned by Authority.
