Must have good experience in Woven Garments & Textile industries.Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs. Help to maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.The applicants should have commensurate experience in Office Management, HR & Compliance in the Garments & Textile Industry.Must have the capability to assist his superior/ Manager.Ensure Employee Daily Attendance.Leave, Holiday & OT Management.Updating Personal files.Daily inspection schedule preparation.Understand man power requisition from the concerned department & conduct recruitment process.Prepare offer letter or appointment letter with brief working agreement and policies.All other HR related activities assigned by Authority.
