Job Description
Sourcing profile from different channels like job portals, social network, referrals, internal job postings, headhunting, etc. for positions at Hassan plant.Preliminary screening of the candidates within the framework of the position specifications.Prepare an ideal candidate slate with an appropriate and consistent timeline.Interacting with the hiring managers & candidates for scheduling interviews.Interview coordination and managing the candidates at the Hassan plant.Manage walk-in Interviews in a systematic and effective way.Follow -up with the candidates for their required documents.Taking care of completely joining formalities of new joiners and arranging necessary infrastructure at plant level.Coordinate for new joiners enrollment with payroll team on date of joining.Insure complete filing and documentations of new joiner.Complete coordinate for new joiners plant induction program at Hassan.Identify areas of improvement in our Recruitment Process and take initiatives to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the same.
