Human systems, talent acquisition, attendance management, personnel administrations, payroll management, performance, employee welfare & exit formalities.Handle all matters concerning human resources of company at the collective levels.Coordination on all other functional areas, internally with manufacturing, finance & externally with all concerned statutory authorities ,professionals outside the company and the consultants appointed by the company for this functionResponsible for personnel administrations like attendance and other time discipline areas to be streamlined, employee records & leaves policy, Identification & elimination of wasteful practices.Managing payroll management, labour laws, all statutory compliance returns, declarations, effective documentation systems etcEvolve company's policy on welfare of the employees at all levelsGenerate policies and procedures for continuous identification of training needs of the both workmen and the staffAchieve healthy, positive, two way open communications within the divisionSupervise and monitor all administration related activities like stationery purchaseVehicle bookings, hotel bookings, air, train and bus ticketing, miscellaneous purchaseMaintain and keep records of company assets issued to employees like laptops, datacards etcResponsible for handling employee grievances, disputes
