Eligibility Criteria

MBA or PGDM in HR / industrial relation with relevant experience of 4 to 8 years, preferably from manufacturing industry
No. of Reportees - 1
Reporting To - Director
Job Location - Sadashiv Peth (Near Tilak Road), Pune
Six days a week, sunday holiday
Work Timing - 10 am to 7 pm.
Candidate should have hands on experience of handling various HR processes, knowledge of labour laws & latest amendments
Good command over English, independent decision making ability, effective communication (verbal and written correspondence)
Effective negotiation & convincing skills, people management skills
Candidate should be prompt, well organized & able to handle multiple tasks effectively
Overall positive and professional outlook while interacting with employees
