Attendance regulations, MIS report generation
Process Improvements,
Sending attendance report to concerned units
Shifts updation, Leave management
Updation of leaves and OD
Comp off and leave balance and updation
Form 14 updation
Support services
Issuing of axis cards for new joiners
Enrolling the thumb impression
lunch deductions input
Coordinate with internal auditors
Muster updation
Maintain left employees data
I- Red pending muster updation
Allocating Employee numbers and ID cards for new joiners
Full and final sattlement
Preparing and coordinating with accounts for F&F
Taking care of over time and reimbursement like LTA and medical
