Candidate should have experience with imports & exports of readymade garments with knowledge in softwares such as visual gems, tally, ms office, etc. Candidate should have worked with garment export houses in the past in documentation/accounting departments. Below is a list of requirements:Should have sound knowledge in Invoice & Packing List in Formats and managing export document in respect to banking, customs and client logistics departments i.e. Pre-Shipment / Post Shipment, Bill of Exchange, Bill of Collection etc.Filling of BRC and checking online on DGFT website & also checking the Shipping bill status online on Ice-gate website.Advance/EPCG licenses, modes of shipping, custom clearances for import cargo.post-shipment documents like FCR/AWB in timeCHA for timely customs clearance of Export/Import shipments.Freight Forwarder/Shipping linesLanguage - Fluent in English ( Read / Write / Speak ) Software - Visual Gems, MS Office, Accounting Software(Optional)
